In Europe, these documents are crafted using the CIRAM risk analysis methodology (Common Integrated Risk Analysis Model), which necessitates the training of specialized analysts in migration intelligence and the use of advanced data analysis tools for Comprehensive Border Management. This article focuses on presenting and evaluating the intended implementation of the Migration Intelligence Network, initiated by EUROFRONT, at four border crossings in the region: Rumichaca (between Colombia and Ecuador), Desaguadero (between Peru and Bolivia), Triple Frontier (between Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay), and Aguas Blancas-Bermejo (between Argentina and Bolivia); as well as the potential implications for Peru.La Inteligencia Migratoria consiste en la elaboración de informes que revelen los retos a los que se enfrentan los países en el ámbito migratorio, en especial en lo concerniente a la lucha contra el crimen organizado; se concreta mediante un informe periódico de situación y prospectiva de la inmigración irregular o una alerta por la detección de un nuevo modus operandi de la delincuencia transfronteriza. En Europa, estos documentos se confeccionan aplicando la metodología de análisis de riesgos “Modelo Común Integrado de Análisis de Riesgos” (CIRAM, por sus siglas en inglés), que requiere la formación de analistas especializados en inteligencia migratoria y el uso de herramientas de análisis de datos avanzadas para la Gestión Integral de Fronteras.
