All of them constitute a potentiality that can be exploited economically and commercially for the benefit of the Macro-South Region of Peru and national interestsEl presente trabajo busca identificar las facultades del Perú sobre Arica según el Tratado de Lima de 1929. En dicho acuerdo internacional se reconocen derechos peruanos sobre el malecón de atraque o muelle, su uso, el edificio para la agencia aduanera peruana, la estación terminal del ferrocarril a Tacna y el derecho de libre tránsito.
