Bolivia on the status and use of the waters of the Silala has had for this new field of law.En este texto exploramos el amplio y novedoso tema del derecho aplicable a los cursos de agua internacionales, también conocido como Derecho Internacional del Agua. Reflexionando a partir de las conclusiones de la Conferencia del Agua de las Naciones Unidas del 2023, así como de la documentación de las agencias de las Naciones Unidas vinculadas al agua, analizaremos el desarrollo que ha tenido para este nuevo campo del derecho el reciente Fallo de la Corte Internacional de Justicia de La Haya en el caso Chile v.
