Likewise, the current status of the reception and regulatory hierarchy of treaties in the constitutions of 21 American States is analyzed.En el presente estudio se argumentan los retos de la región americana en materia de recepción y jerarquía normativa de los tratados en el Derecho Interno de los Estados. Para ello, con el empleo del método análisis jurídico-doctrinal, se sistematizan los referentes teóricos jurídicos sobre los tratados y su relación con el Derecho Interno.
