The anxiolytic effect was analyzed by unidirectional ANOVA followed by the Tukey test. Values with p<0.05 were considered statistically significant. Results: There are significant differences in the time of mouse permanence in the open and closed spaces, in the control group and experimental groups respectively, being the p value ANOVA equal to 0.000. According to Tukey’s analysis, the diazepam group, Aeonium spathulatum "green pink" 250mg and Aeonium spathulatum "green pink" 500mg, show significant difference p< 0.05 compared to the control group and Aeonium spathulatum "green pink" 125mg. Conclusions: The hydroalcoholic extract of Aeonium spathulatum in concentrations of 250mg has greater anxiolytic effect after diazepam.  Objetivo: Evaluar el efecto ansiolítico del extracto hidroalcohólico de Aeonium spathulatum “rosa verde” en ratones albinos - Huancayo – 2023. Material y Métodos: Investigación aplicada de diseño experimental con posprueba y grupo control, donde se manipularon tres grupos experimentales con el extracto hidroalcohólico de Aeonium spathulatum “rosa verde”, el grupo estándar fue administrado con diazepam y el grupo control recibió placebo. El efecto ansiolítico se analizó mediante ANOVA unidireccional seguido de la prueba de Tukey. Los valores con p<0,05 se consideraron estadísticamente significativos. Resultados: Existen diferencias significativas en el tiempo de permanencia del ratón en los espacios abiertos y cerrados, en el grupo control y grupos experimentales respectivamente, siendo el p valor ANOVA igual a 0,000. Según el análisis de Tukey, el grupo del diazepam, Aeonium spathulatum “rosa verde” 250mg y Aeonium spathulatum “rosa verde” 500mg, muestran diferencia significativa p< 0,05 en comparación al grupo control y Aeonium spathulatum “rosa verde” 125mg.
