Results: 47.4% received excellent care, 77.3% are between 20 and 35 years old, 71.1% have normal nipples, 91.7% used formulas from birth, 71.3% were not born prematurely, 88.6% resolved tele-lactation their problems. Conclusions: Telebreastfeeding contributed to solving breastfeeding problems by 88.6% in times of COVID 19.Objetivo: Establecer la relación que existe entre la tele lactancia y su contribución en la solución de problemas de amamantamiento en las madres captadas por el consultorio de lactancia en un hospital Nivel III en tiempos del covid-19 Huancayo- 2022. Material y métodos: Estudio básico de diseño correlacional, no experimental, la muestra conformada por 100 madres que recibieron tele lactancia. Resultados: El 47,4% recibieron una excelente atención, El 77,3% tiene de 20 a 35 años, el 71,1% tiene pezones normales, el 91,7% usaron formulas desde el nacimiento, el 71,3% no nacieron prematuramente, el 88,6% la tele lactancia resolvió sus problemas.
