The State-to-State contracting mechanism provides us with an additional alternative for the timely execution of public investment projects. It will be the responsibility of the State to correctly manage its use so that the solution does not become a problem.Uno de los factores claves para mejorar la competitividad de un país es el desarrollo de la infraestructura pública, promueve el crecimiento y permite su sostenibilidad, pero su ejecución debe ser planificada y adecuada a las necesidades actuales y futuras, a fin de brindar servicios de calidad a un universo cada vez mayor de usuarios. El mecanismo de contratación Estado a Estado nos brinda una alternativa adicional para la oportuna ejecución de los proyectos de inversión pública.
