In this context, the analysis focuses mainly on the classification of said mechanisms of jurisdictional protection of human rights, within which habeas corpus, Amparo, unconstitutionality action, and popular action are analyzed.El presente trabajo ofrece una aproximación a las garantías constitucionales en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. De acuerdo al autor, las garantías constitucionales, a diferencia de las garantías nacionales, deben ser entendidas como aquellos mecanismos de protección que le permiten al titular de un derecho público subjetivo acudir al órgano jurisdiccional para la tutela del derecho vulnerado o amenazado ya sea por el Estado o por un particular.
