However, the intervention of legitimate third parties has resurfaced alleged deficiencies of corporate arbitration.In this article, the authors analyze the topic of legitimate third parties and the solutions proposed in comparative law. They aim to analyze the suitability of those possible solutions with the Peruvian legislation on arbitration and corporations.En los últimos años, varias legislaciones se han vuelto más favorables al arbitraje societario, lo cual ha contribuido a su importante desarrollo. En ese contexto, la arbitrabilidad de la impugnación de los acuerdos societarios es ampliamente aceptada. No obstante ello, la intervención de los terceros legitimados vuelve a poner sobre la mesa supuestas deficiencias del arbitraje societario.
