Also, since there is no internal regulation on the matter, the author analyzes three sources to support the proposal for the graduation of sanctions: doctrine, jurisprudence and comparative law. Finally, the author stresses the importance of the graduation of sanctions, establishes criteria and presents a table with cases of misdemeanors regulated according to the seriousness of the practice carried out: serious, moderate and minor cases of sanction.El presente trabajo aborda la responsabilidad de los abogados por las faltas cometidas por personas no-abogadas que se encuentran bajo su supervisión. La autora menciona que la comisión de faltas vulnera el patrocinio debido y la apariencia debida de la profesión. Asimismo, dado que no se cuenta con una regulación interna sobre la materia, la autora analiza tres fuentes para fundamentar la propuesta de graduación de sanciones: la doctrina, la jurisprudencia y por las normas del Derecho comparado.
