In order to do so, the author reviews the concepts of kinship, filiation, family legal relationship and the best interest of the child.La impugnación de reconocimiento de filiación extramatrimonial es uno de los mayores retos para el derecho de familia el día de hoy. En esa línea, el presente trabajo realiza un recuento y análisis jurisprudencial de los criterios que la Corte Suprema ha desarrollado y adoptado para los procesos de impugnación del reconocimiento.
