Subsequently, the main infractions will be analyzed considering the legal, doctrinal in some cases and medical grounds that support each of them, mentioning some examples for the reader’s understanding. Finally, mention will be made of the main errors committed at the time of filing complaints, as well as the possibility of using other alternative mechanisms for the resolution of controversies, all of this respecting the objective of the present work, which is to make the sanctioning procedure known as the protection of health rights.El presente artículo tiene por objeto describir brevemente cuáles son las principales infracciones administrativas en materia de salud vinculadas a las atenciones médicas. Sin embargo, para lograr este objetivo, resulta necesario realizar primero una breve referencia a los fundamentos de la potestad sancionadora de SUSALUD, señalando las principales características del procedimiento sancionador y los órganos vinculados a su tramitación. Posteriormente, se analizarán las principales infracciones considerando los fundamentos legales, doctrinarios en algunos casos y médicos que sustentan cada una de ellas, haciendo mención de algunos ejemplos para la comprensión del lector.
