It also develops the evidentiary requirements necessary to prove before the Peruvian insolvency authority the origin, existence, legitimacy, titularity and quantity of this type of credit, in order that the holder of such credits may obtain the recognition of its credits before the bankruptcy authority, within the framework of the bankruptcy procedure. The analysis is made on the basis of diverse Indecopi jurisprudence.El artículo analiza, desde la perspectiva del derecho concursal, los créditos generados por las relaciones de naturaleza comercial surgidas entre un deudor sometido a concurso y sus acreedores. Asimismo, desarrolla la exigencia probatoria necesaria para acreditar ante la autoridad concursal peruana el origen, existencia, legitimidad, titularidad y cuantía de este tipo de créditos, ello a efectos que el titular de tales créditos obtenga el reconocimiento de sus créditos ante la autoridad concursal y pueda ejercer los derechos económicos y políticos que emanan de tal reconocimiento en el marco del procedimiento concursal.
