The author begins by pointing out that these crimes have undergone a series of changes that have reflected an intense legislative evolution in recent years. To that extent, it is important to analyze these changes and determine the scope of these rules for the justice system. Under this premise, it is relevant to develop the main criminal offenses against minors, such as rape or carnal access, indecent assault, trafficking in persons, child sexual exploitation and pimping. In this context, this article addresses the problems surrounding the rules that deal with these crimes; it also examines the procedural rules, which highlight the importance of protecting the victims because of their special vulnerability.En el presente trabajo el autor realiza un estudio respecto a los diversos delitos sexuales que atentan contra la indemnidad sexual de los menores de 18 años, teniendo en cuenta los elementos constitutivos de los delitos, así como las normas que los sancionan. El autor comienza señalando que dichos delitos han experimentado una serie de cambios que han reflejado una intensa evolución legislativa en los últimos años. En esa medida, se precisa la importancia de analizar estos cambios y determinar el alcance de estas normas para el sistema de justicia. Bajo esa premisa, resulta relevante desarrollar los principales tipos penales en agravio de los menores, tales como la violación o el acceso carnal, los atentados contra el pudor, la trata de personas, la explotación sexual infantil y el proxenetismo.
