Against this backdrop, this article aims to elucidate the legal conception of multinational corporations, focusing on international economic entities and corporations. To achieve this goal, the article examines the nature of various types of companies and corporations, delving into their distinctions to elucidate the theoretical framework underpinning the relevant legal concepts.La diversificación de los medios de producción, el desarrollo de los nacionalismos económicos y la formación de espacios económicos regionales propiciaron un cambio en el concepto jurídico de nacionalidad. Este cambio se ve complementado por las transformaciones en la concentración económica de las empresas, las cuales resaltan la importancia de diferenciar entre los que constituye una empresa y una sociedad. En este contexto, el objetivo del artículo es esclarecer el concepto jurídico de las empresas multinacionales desde una perspectiva de las relaciones económicas internacional. Para lograr este propósito, se analiza en detalle la naturaleza y las distinciones entre empresas y sociedades.
