Although important points are addressed, there are still relevant questions that need to be explored in order to achieve a more complete understanding of this discipline.El Derecho Procesal Constitucional es una disciplina que ha evolucionado y ganado legitimidad a lo largo del tiempo. No obstante, aún prevalecen interrogantes entorno a esta rama del derecho. La definición de su significado aún representa un desafío para la doctrina. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo explorar el origen del concepto y ofrecer una definición adecuada. Para ello, el autor analiza la evolución y avances recientes sobre la materia.
