Dichos precedentes contienen un elemento normativo, lo que determina la actuación jurisdiccional en un gran número de casos futuros.En el presente artículo, el autor desarrolla como la sentencia del caso Vásquez Romero ha marcado un precedente de gran importancia respecto del acceso al Tribunal Constitucional.
