Previous editions of the dictionaries of the Royal Spanish Academy and the current edition of the Diccionario de la Lengua were consulted. Eighty-eight anglicisms related to fashion, social chronicles, sports and other topics were identified. They were mostly non-adapted and infrequent voices. A high percentage of these anglicisms were included in the dictionaries, and most of them are still valid in the current edition. These data show that they were novel concepts related to new realities which have been incorporated into our language.Este trabajo pretende analizar los anglicismos localizados en la revista La Moda Elegante (1860-1927). Para ello, se extrajeron las voces, y se determinaron sus áreas temáticas, tipología formal, frecuencia de uso y primera aparición. Se consultaron las ediciones anteriores de los diccionarios de la Real Academia Española y la edición actual del Diccionario de la Lengua. Se localizaron 88 anglicismos relacionados con la moda, la crónica social, el deporte y otros temas. Eran mayoritariamente voces crudas (exactas a la voz original) y poco frecuentes. Un alto porcentaje de estos anglicismos se admitieron en alguna edición de los diccionarios y, en su mayoría, siguen vigentes en la edición actual.
