This approach will make it possible to highlight and study the particularities of this new paradigm. In conclusion, the 1979 Constitution establishes a vigorous indigenism, oriented towards the protection and recognition of the rights of indigenous peoples.El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar el grado de indigenismo incorporado en la Constitución Política del Perú de 1979. Para ello, se examinan las disposiciones constitucionales que promueven un modelo específico de indigenismo, así como los fundamentos que la Asamblea Constituyente consideró al adoptar dicho modelo. Este enfoque permitirá destacar y estudiar las particularidades de este nuevo paradigma.
