Para ello, se analiza tanto los conceptos que definen lo jurídico y lo político, como las dinámicas esenciales que caracterizan la relación entre estos dos ámbitos. Para un análisis más detallado, se emplea la teoría tridimensional en la que se consideran los hechos, las normas y los valores políticos y jurídicos.
