In this way, by defining structuralism from different approaches, it is concluded that it does not fit completely with law, since it is limited to certain areas and its study would be incomplete.El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la posibilidad de comprender el derecho desde la perspectiva del estructuralismo. Para ello, se examinan las diferentes expresiones y doctrinas estructuralistas, con el fin de determinar su influencia en las ciencias. En este contexto, se desarrolla el concepto de estructuralismo jurídico para evaluar la viabilidad de estudiar el derecho desde este enfoque.
