To do that there was a participatory process of citizenship that culminates with the “Citizens Bases for a New Constitution”, also, an Indigenoues Constituent Process was made.El presente artículo analiza y realiza un balance crítico del proyecto de reforma constitucional chileno enviado al Senado por la Presidenta de la Republica.
