Likewise, with respect to the problems evidenced in Peruvian right to maintenance, the author offers her position on the mechanisms of immediate action (normative modifications) and mediate action (analysis of the system). End the paper by presenting a critical judgment on the institutions, procedural frameworks and content of the current regulation.El presente trabajo se centra en la normativa en materia de derecho alimentario. En primer lugar, el artículo aborda el desarrollo constitucional en materia de alimentos; en segundo lugar, la autora analiza las contradicciones presentes en el ordenamiento jurídico en esta materia y, por último, se estudian las deficiencias en la regulación. Asimismo, respecto a los problemas evidenciados en el derecho alimentario peruano, la autora brinda su postura sobre los mecanismos de acción mediatos (modificaciones normativas) e inmediatos (análisis del sistema).
