The findings highlight the need to train language models in more complex and context-sensitive scenarios, as well as to reconsider the design of assessment instruments. Overall, ChatGPT-4 demonstrates potential as an educational support tool, provided its use is guided by ethical principles. |

Se evaluaron respuestas en Matemáticas, Ciencia y tecnología (CTA) y Comunicación, comparándolas con estándares oficiales. ChatGPT-4 aprobó todas las pruebas, destacando en Ciencia y tecnología con 184 puntos en 2024 y primaria con 173.5 en 2018. Sin embargo, obtuvo los puntajes más bajos en Matemáticas (137 en 2022 y 150 en 2024) y Comunicación (155 en 2024), lo que refleja sus dificultades para el análisis crítico e interpretación contextual. Se recomienda entrenar el modelo en contextos más complejos y rediseñar evaluaciones. ChatGPT-4 tiene potencial como herramienta educativa, siempre que se use éticamente.Este artigo analisa o desempenho do ChatGPT-4 nos exames de admissão à carreira pública docente no Peru (2018, 2019, 2022 e 2024), adotando uma abordagem descritiva e transversal. As respostas nas áreas de Matemática, Ciência e Tecnologia (CTA) e Comunicação foram avaliadas em comparação com os critérios oficiais de pontuação. Os resultados mostram que o ChatGPT-4 foi aprovado em todos os exames, com destaque para o desempenho em Ciência e Tecnologia (184 pontos em 2024) e no nível Primário (173,5 pontos em 2018). Contudo, observou-se desempenho inferior em Matemática (137 pontos em 2022 e 150 pontos em 2024) e em Comunicação (155 pontos em 2024), o que evidencia limitações relacionadas à análise crítica e à interpretação contextual. Recomenda-se o treinamento do modelo em contextos mais complexos, bem como a reformulação dos instrumentos de avaliação.
