The research design was ethnographic. The population studied consisted of 17 students, a teacher and an assistant / mother, belonging to an initial level educational institution of Pueblo Libre. The categories studied were five: types of conflict, causes of conflict, perceptions of conflicts, teacher-student interaction: teacher action, and child interaction. The instruments applied were the observation guide and the interview guide. Among the most outstanding findings, it can be affirmed that the interactions occurred from various causes and types, and that the attitudes and strategies of the teacher and students did not interfere with the resolution of the evidenced conflicts.El objetivo general del presente estudio fue analizar las interacciones entre docentealumno, y alumno-alumno ante los conflictos. El diseño de investigación fue el etnográfico. La población estudiada constó de 17 alumnos, un docente y una auxiliar/madre de familia, pertenecientes a una institución educativa de nivel inicial de Pueblo Libre. Las categorías estudiadas fueron cinco: tipos de conflicto, causas de conflicto, percepciones ante conflictos, interacción docente-alumno: acción docente, e interacción infantil. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron la guía de observación y la guía de entrevista. Entre los hallazgos más resaltantes, se puede afirmar que las interacciones se produjeron a partir de variadas causas y tipos, y que las actitudes y estrategias de la docente y estudiantes no permitieron la resolución de los conflictos evidenciados.O objetivo geral deste estudo foi analisar as interações entre professor-aluno e aluno-aluno diante de conflitos. O desenho da pesquisa foi etnográfico. A população estudada foi composta por 17 estudantes, professora e auxiliar / mãe, pertencentes ao nível inicial instituição educacional de Pueblo Libre. As categorias estudadas foram cinco: tipos de conflito, causas de conflito, percepções de conflito, interação professor-aluno: ação do professor e interação da criança. Os instrumentos aplicados foram o guia de observação e o guia de entrevistas.
