Subsequently, we analyze the problems presented by the procedures of approval and alteration of urban plans, and finally, we refer to the situation of “out of order”, derived from changes in urban planning.Este trabajo se centra en el estudio de los planes urbanísticos y su régimen jurídico en el Estado español. Para ello, comenzamos realizando una breve referencia legislación urbanística y de ordenación del territorio en este país. Seguidamente, nos ocupamos de la naturaleza jurídica de los planes urbanísticos, y mencionamos las diferentes figuras del planeamiento: el plan general y los instrumentos sustitutivos del mismo, los planes de sectorización, parciales y especiales, estudios de detalle y otros instrumentos complementarios.
