Accordingly, the aim of this writing will be to give possible solutions to the problematic related to commission of crimes because of the use of a drone, paying attention to classical arguments about the criminal law, which is possible to implement. Therefore, a system is collapsible in which it will be preponderated a specific law above another, whereby it always will exist a criminal law applicable to avoid the impunity of the crime committed by a drone.El presente artículo se encarga de analizar varios aspectos que podrían replantearse al generalizarse entre la población el uso de los drones, considerando las eventuales consecuencias penales que el uso de estos artilugios puede provocar. Por ello, este trabajo versará sobre la problemática relativa a la comisión de delitos haciendo uso de un dron, prestando atención a las clásicas discusiones sobre la ley penal aplicable y volviendo sobre ellas, ofreciendo cierta solución a estos potenciales interrogantes —conforme a los diversos principios regulatorios— que, muy probablemente, se extenderán en un inmediato futuro en el mundo jurídico.
