In this way, the author also analyzes the figure of the assent between guarantors to establish his position regarding the reduction of the amount to which the guarantors are obliged or the assumption of the total amount owed.El presente trabajo analiza los efectos de la condonación de parcial de la deuda y sus alcances respecto a las obligaciones de los cofideiussores prevista en el Código Civil. En ese sentido, el autor analiza cómo se desarrolla el alcance solidario de una condonación de deuda de un fiador frente a la existencia de otros fiadores y las obligaciones contraídas en su rol de garantes.
