In particular, the main features of this approach are described in light of the narrative and anti-realist assumptions of the «new philosophy of history» and their reassessment under the «experiential turn». The second part of the paper refutes these assumptions and argues about the cognitive value of history from its classical origins.Este artículo revisa el estado del debate teórico sobre el discurso en el trabajo histórico. En la primera parte del estudio, se define la noción de discurso, sobre todo de acuerdo con el llamado «giro lingüístico» desde la década de los sesenta. Particularmente, se exponen los rasgos principales de este enfoque en relación con la disciplina de la historia de acuerdo con los presupuestos narrativistas y antirrealistas de la «nueva filosofía de la historia» y su reformulación por el «giro experiencial».
