The evolution of production methods, the rise of economic nationalism, and the emergence of regional economic blocs have reshaped the legal understanding of corporate nationality. This shift is further compounded by changes in the economic landscape, particularly in the concentration of corporate power, emphasizing the need to differentiate between companies and corporations. Against this backdrop, this article aims to elucidate the legal conception of multinational corporations, focusing on international economic entities and corporations. To achieve this goal, the article examines the nature of various types of companies and corporations, delving into their distinctions to elucidate the theoretical framework underpinning the relevant legal concepts.
