Finally, in order to clarify the concepts, two specific administrative pronouncements are analyzed.El presente artículo desarrolla la institución del concurso de infracciones en el ámbito del Derecho Administrativo Sancionador, a fin de precisar la extensión de la institución a la luz de la normativa. Para dichos efectos se propone un desarrollo exegético tomando como referencia el vasto desarrollo del concurso de delitos del Derecho Penal y la experiencia comparada en materia de Derecho Administrativo Sancionador.
