This in the context, no less important, of Safety and Health at Work as a Fundamental Right for the International Labor Organization, which emphasizes the relevance of greater protection to health surveillance, the promotion of work adaptation and participation in the analysis of occupational accidents and occupational diseases.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo exponer la regulación de la vigilancia de la salud de los trabajadores en el Perú. Así como, parámetros de la materia en España, Italia y Chile para que puedan ser de utilidad en el desarrollo y/o complemento de los lineamientos ya establecidos en la Ley, Reglamento y Protocolo de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
