This produced a cultural and institutional change that affects the jurisdictional work, which, although it concerns to the resolution of conflicts of legal relevance, can also help correct situations of discrimination and eliminate barriers that prevent some people fromfully enjoying of their fundamental rights. El Poder Judicial de Chile, al aprobarse las Reglas de Brasilia, ha llevado a cabo múltiples iniciativas que buscan efectivizar el derecho de acceso a la justicia con especial énfasis en los grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad. Ello produjo un cambio cultural y a nivel institucional que incide en la labor jurisdiccional, la que, si bien se refiere a la solución de conflictos de relevancia jurídica, también puede ayudar a corregir situaciones de discriminación y a eliminar barreras que impiden a algunas personas el pleno disfrute de sus derechos fundamentales.
