Likewise, this subject is addressed from both a historical and cultural perspective.El artículo reúne los resultados acerca del nivel de influencia que tiene la doctrina sobre los fallos de las cortes constitucionales, distinguiéndose en razón de ello entre las cortes que citan y aquellas que no citan. Para esto diferencia las cortes según el ámbito de jurisdicción, pero, además, de estilo, según su pertenencia a determinado sistema jurídico.
