Thus, the cases resolved through final decisions issued during the months of January to August 2019 in the Superior Court of Justice of Junín will be analyzed; specifically, in the cases of the province of Huancayo.En el presente trabajo, el autor expondrá acerca de la falta o escasa emisión de sentencias en las audiencias, llámese audiencia única, de juzgamiento y de vistas de la causa en segunda instancia, que ha convertido la excepcionalidad de diferir el fallo en una regla.
