Trend that arose when Englishspeaking countries as a target of Transparency supported the «Plain Language Movement»; and that other countries develop the right to simple language in the government sphere; including people in vulnerable situations. Thus, we will expose its evolution, the Brasilia Rules on simple language, language accessible to citizens and the vulnerable population, inclusive language, easy language, its development and application in Peru and Latin America. We conclude that language accessible to citizens and the vulnerable population contributes to the protection of their rights; and that the Peruvian Judiciary has not consolidated its practice. |

We conclude that language accessible to citizens and the vulnerable population contributes to the protection of their rights; and that the Peruvian Judiciary has not consolidated its practice. En el presente trabajo revisaremos el movimiento del lenguaje accesible al ciudadano y población vulnerable para su protección, que ante la barrera comunicativa de incomprensión planteada por el lenguaje judicial surge. Esta tendencia surgió cuando países de habla inglesa como objetivo de transparencia apoyaron el Plain Language Movement, y también otros países desarrollan el derecho al lenguaje sencillo en el ámbito gubernamental, que incluye a las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. Expondremos la evolución –las Reglas de Brasilia sobre el lenguaje sencillo– del lenguaje accesible al ciudadano y a la población vulnerable: el lenguaje inclusivo, un lenguaje fácil cuyo desarrollo y aplicación en el Perú e Iberoamérica se requiere con urgencia. Concluimos que el lenguaje accesible al ciudadano y a la población vulnerable contribuye en la tutela de sus derechos, y que todavía el Poder Judicial peruano no ha consolidado su práctica. Neste trabalho revisaremos que, diante da barreira comunicativa da incompreensão colocada pela linguagem judicial, surge o movimento da linguagem acessível aos cidadãos e às populações vulneráveis para sua proteção. Tendência que surgiu quando os países de língua inglesa, como alvo da Transparência, apoiaram o «Movimento da Língua Simples»; e que outros países desenvolvam o direito à linguagem simples na esfera governamental; incluindo pessoas em situações vulneráveis. Assim, exporemos sua evolução, as Regras de Brasília sobre linguagem simples, linguagem acessível aos cidadãos e à população vulnerável, linguagem inclusiva, linguagem fácil, seu desenvolvimento e aplicação no Peru e na América Latina.
