This limitation is presented during the health emergency by COVID-19, since the hearings are conducted virtually.En el proceso penal acusatorio, el juzgamiento se sustenta en principios de contradicción, publicidad, inmediación, oralidad, unidad, concentración, entre otros, los cuales son indispensables para su aplicación en el proceso penal, especialmente en el juicio oral, aunque podemos afirmar que algunos principios se limitan de manera excepcional por el tipo de delito que se investiga o se juzga, como ocurre en los delitos de violación sexual, ya que las audiencias no son públicas.
