This work will focus on the evolutionary process of the Colombian legal system which, in the case of persons with disabilities, tends to improve the conditions for access to justice. Las Reglas de Brasilia son resultado de un interesante esfuerzo realizado por parte de la Cumbre Judicial Iberoamericana, con las que se procuró establecer un código de conducta para los estados y los diferentes funcionarios públicos que intervienen en la administración de justicia a fin de garantizar el acceso efectivo a la justicia por parte de grupos vulnerables. El presente trabajo se centrará en el proceso evolutivo del sistema jurídico colombiano que, en el caso de personas con discapacidad, tiende a mejorar las condiciones para el acceso a la justicia.
