This year is also important for the journal, since the periodicity of the same is from now on biannual, which does nothing but boost our professional commitment that we perform for this noble mission of disseminating the academic work of our judicial servants, who promote research in the various fields of law.Nos es grato presentar el quinto número de Ius Vocatio. Revista de Investigación de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huánuco, un órgano intelectual que ha persistido en su continuidad y rigurosidad académica, a pesar de las dificultades que las instituciones, como el Poder Judicial y la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huánuco, han enfrentado debido a la crisis sanitaria y económica ocasionadas por la pandemia de la COVID-19, situación que en este 2022 estamos superando como país.
