Se incide en la jurisprudencia que delimita la figura, con amplia remisión a las normas sustanciales laborales que regulan la protección en sede de prevención de riesgos laborales. Este artigo oferece uma análise da estrutura jurídica processual que regula a persecução penal dos delitos contra a saúde e a segurança dos trabalhadores. Ele se concentra na jurisprudência que delimita a figura, com ampla referência às normas trabalhistas substanciais que regulam a proteção em termos de prevenção de riscos ocupacionais.
