This article will analyse why accepting a kind of exchange of one form of discrimination for another is a contradiction and a recklessness that, in the world of rights, is irrefutably unacceptable. La discriminación o la vejación en los derechos que sufra una determinada persona no pueden ni deben corregirse nunca causando otra discriminación o vejación igual o peor que la que se pretende atajar, y menos aún en contra del otro que se antoja suponer seguir siendo, actualmente, el mismo discriminador y vejador histórico al que se acusa. En el presente artículo se analizará por qué el aceptar una suerte de intercambio de una discriminación por otra es un contrasentido y una temeridad que, en el mundo de los derechos, resulta irrefutablemente inaceptable.
