Similarly, a reflection is made on the immediate need to carry out a restructuring based on educational policies in order to eliminate the so-called gaps that arise in the educational sector and that allows the educational progress of the rural area always recognizing the efforts s carried out by the state and aiming to face the future challenges to be presented in the educational sector of the country.La educación en Colombia o en cualquier lugar del mundo, tiene la responsabilidad de establecer vínculos con la sociedad en la comprensión de las necesidades, problemas y desafíos actuales y futuros para enfrentarlos de manera efectiva, de ahí que la prioridad de las instituciones educativas del siglo XXI sea promover actividades que demuestren una responsabilidad social como es la inclusión como un derecho humano a la formación desde la concepción de la diversidad dentro del contexto educativo rural colombiano y de la organización que enmarca las características bajo las cuales se implementan las políticas educativas para atención a la población sin distinción frente al sector urbano..
