In this sense, a quantitative type of research was proposed, making use of the correlational design; specific theoretical concepts on learning and syllabus were required, to then apply as instruments for collecting information and measurement; a written test that allowed measuring the learning level of students of the first cycles in the professional school of Administration and an observation guide instrument that allowed the student to systematically observe the structure of the syllabus of the subject with the development of topics and themes included in the syllabus, for this purpose a group of 32 students was considered.             Although statistically there is a correlation between both variables that reaches 0.350 with a p-value of 0.049, we conclude that this relationship is not significant because the syllabus factors that influence are more informative than substantial in the training of students. Therefore, we recommend replicating this research in other professional careers and reviewing the contents of the syllabus to improve it and make it meaningful in professional training.La realización del presente trabajo está orientado a investigar la relación entre el aprendizaje del idioma quechua y el silabo de la asignatura de taller de quechua o lengua nativa en los estudiantes de los primeros ciclos de la Escuela profesional de Administración de la Universidad andina del cusco filial Sicuani. En tal sentido se planteó una investigación de tipo cuantitativo, haciendo uso del diseño correlacional; se requirió de conceptos teóricos puntuales sobre aprendizaje y silabo, para luego aplicar como instrumentos de recojo de información y de medición; una prueba escrita que permitió medir el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de los primeros ciclos en la escuela profesional de Administración y una guía de observación instrumento que permitió al estudiante situarse de manera sistemática observar la estructura del silabo de la asignatura con el desarrollo de temas y temáticas incluidas en el silabo, para ello se consideró un grupo de 32 estudiantes.             Si bien estadísticamente existe una correlación entre ambas variables que alcanza a 0.350 con un p-value de 0.049, concluimos que dicha relación no es significativa porque los factores del silabo que influyen son más informativos que sustanciales en la formación de los estudiantes.
