Callao Region - 2017, and its purpose was to find knowledge regarding the implications in the conduct of educational management. The study was developed in the quantitative approach in the hypothetical deductive method, with the type of basic study of non-experimental cross-sectional design. For data collection, two validated instruments were applied at the discretion of judges and determining their statistical reliability by means of a pilot test and Cronbach's alpha coefficient in an intentional sample of 36 teachers. From the analysis procedures performed, a coefficient of r Spearman =, 712 with a p = .000 value was found, which indicates that the variables have a highly significant linear relationship indicating that pedagogical supervision is positively related to teacher performance, inferring that The better management of pedagogical supervision, the higher the level of teaching performance of the secondary level of EI N ° 3089 "Los Angeles", UGEL Ventanilla. Callao Region-2017.El objetivo de la investigación fue: determinar la relación existente entre la gestión de supervisión pedagógica y el desempeño docente del nivel secundaria de la I.E N° 3089 “Los Ángeles”, UGEL Ventanilla. Región Callao-2017, y su propósito fue encontrar los conocimientos respecto a las implicancias en la conducción de la gestión educativa. El estudio se desarrolló en el enfoque cuantitativo en el método hipotético deductivo, con el tipo de estudio básico de diseño no experimental transversal. Para la toma de datos se aplicó dos instrumentos validados a criterio de jueces y determinando su confiabilidad estadística mediante una prueba piloto y el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach en una muestra intencional de 36 docentes.  De los procedimientos de análisis realizados se encontró un coeficiente de r Spearman = ,712 con un valor p= ,000 lo que indica que las variables presentan una relación lineal altamente significativa indicando que la supervisión pedagógica está relacionada positivamente con el desempeño docente, infiriendo que a mejor gestión de supervisión pedagógica mayor será nivel del desempeño docente del nivel secundaria de la I.E. N° 3089 “Los Ángeles”, UGEL Ventanilla.
