The research design is transactional , correlational , causal . bivariate cross . MANAGEMENT PEI, PAT, PA ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: Establishment , Organization and Functions Manual for data collection three questionnaires one for executives , one for teachers and one for the student profile structured as a measure and consists of the following were prepared , Administrative Procedures Manual . CURRICULUM (Curriculum Diversification): Areas, Objectives, Content, Strategies, methodological evaluation . Student Profile : Socio- emotional, Cognitive and Psychomotor was applied to the sample . The instruments meet the qualities of validity and reliability. The study raises the following hypothesis: The administrative organization is directly related to the academic aspects (Curriculum - curricular diversification and student profile) students in schools and José María Arguedas Magister district of Villa Maria Triumphal Year 2012. The results allow us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the hypothesis investigated as it has been found according to the Spearman Rho correlation of 0.901 is VERY HIGH and association of variables being highly significant. Furthermore, according to tests of independence (*** p < .000) highly significant, therefore the alternate hypothesis is accepted research says : The administrative organization is directly related to the academic aspects (Curriculum - curricular diversification and student profile) students in schools and José María Arguedas Magister district of Villa María del Triunfo Year 2012.

El diseño de la investigación es transeccional, correlacional, causal. bivariada, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron tres cuestionarios uno para directivos, otro para docente y un tercero para el perfil del estudiante estructurados como medición y consta de los siguientes aspectos: GESTIÓN P. E. I., P. A. T., P. A. ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZATIVA: Organigrama, Manual de Organización y Funciones, Manual de Procedimientos Administrativos. PLAN DE ESTUDIOS (Diversificación curricular): Áreas, Objetivos, Contenidos, Estrategias, metodológica, Evaluación. Perfil del alumno: Socio-afectivo, Cognitivo y Psicomotora se aplicó a los  de la muestra.  Los instrumentos cumplen con las cualidades de validez y confiabilidad. El estudio plantea la siguiente hipótesis de investigación: La organización administrativa tiene una relación directa en los aspectos académicos (Plan de estudios – diversificación curricular y el perfil del alumno) de los alumnos en los centros educativos  Magister y José María Arguedas del distrito de Villa María del Triunfo Año 2012. Los resultados obtenidos nos permiten rechazar la hipótesis nula y aceptar la hipótesis  investigadas pues se ha encontrado según la correlación de Rho de Spearman  de 0,901 es MUY ALTA asociación de las variables y siendo altamente significativo.
