The study sample was non-probabilistic and intentional and is composed of teachers from the two schools, which total 107 and who were asked to solve two instruments: the management inventory and the soft skills questionnaire. The results obtained show the presence of significant relationships (rho = 0.81 p<.001 r2 = 65.61) between the variables that are an integral part of the research. It is also observed that the dimensions of both variables are related, so it is concluded that both the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses have been supported.Teniendo como objetivo básico analizar la relación que se presenta entre la gestión directiva y las habilidades blandas en docentes de dos colegios de una UGEL de Lima, la presente investigación, de enfoque cuantitativo, utiliza un diseño no experimental, descriptiva y correlacional. La muestra del estudio fue no probabilística e intencional y está compuesta por docentes de los dos colegios, que en total suman 107 y a quienes se les solicitó resolver dos instrumentos: el inventario de gestión directiva y el cuestionario de habilidades blandas. Los resultados obtenidos, dan cuenta de la presencia de relaciones significativas (rho = 0,81 p<,001 r2 = 65,61) entre las variables que son parte integrante de la investigación.
