The population is made up of 150 UPeU undergraduate students, who take mathematics courses or topics as a tool for their training in Architecture and Engineering careers. For data collection, an instrument of own elaboration was applied according to the current context. The instrument passed through the validation filter, yielding an evaluative result of good and the reliability of the instrument applicable for this, the statistical procedure was used: Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research concludes that it is shown that there is a strong positive correlation during all the research, between the variables analyzed: Virtual playful strategies and Problem solving on quantity in mathematics courses, in undergraduate students from a private university in metropolitan Lima. In the same way, it is demonstrated that SI strong positive correlation between each dimension of the variables.La tesis: Estrategias lúdicas virtuales y resolución de problemas sobre cantidad en cursos matemática, en estudiantes de pregrado de una Universidad Privada en Lima Metropolitana, tiene como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de las variables, el tipo de investigación es descriptiva – correlacional, con diseño no es experimental – transversal y de enfoque cuantitativo. La población conformada por 150 estudiantes de pregrado de la UPeU, que llevan los cursos o temas de matemática como herramienta para su formación en las carreras de Arquitectura e Ingeniería. Para la recopilación de datos se aplicó un instrumento de elaboración propia de acuerdo al contexto actual. El instrumento paso por el filtro de validación arrojando en un resultado valorativo de bueno y aplicable para ello la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó el procedimiento estadístico: coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach. Concluimos en que se demuestra que si existe correlación positiva fuerte durante toda la investigación, entre las variables analizadas: Estrategias lúdicas virtuales y Resolución de problemas sobre cantidad en cursos de matemática, en estudiantes de pregrado de una universidad privada en lima metropolitana.
