The central objective was to analyze the link between these two factors, using five educational institutions in the Puente Piedra district as a reference and with the participation of 175 teachers. Quantitative approaches frame this ordinal-level study, employing a hypothetical-deductive method, a cross-sectional design, and a descriptive-correlational approach. Data collection was carried out using a structured questionnaire with a Likert-type scale. The validity of these instruments was reviewed by three specialists, and their reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, yielding a value of 0.789 for the first variable and 0.739 for the second. In the analysis phase, both descriptive and inferential statistical procedures were used. Spearman's rho coefficient was used, yielding a result of r = 0.326 with a significance level of 0.020, thus establishing a significant correlation between educational management and the quality of educational services in the educational institutions included in the study.Es la finalidad de la investigación establecer la relación existente entre la gestión de la educación y la calidad del servicio educativo en las IIEE de Puente Piedra en Lima. Si guarda relación positiva con la forma en que se gestiona la enseñanza y la calidad del servicio pedagógico que ofrecen. El propósito central fue el análisis el vínculo entre ambos factores, tomando como referencia a cinco instituciones educativas del distrito de Puente Piedra y contando con la colaboración de 175 docentes. Enfoques cuantitativos enmarcan el estudio de nivel ordinal, método hipotético-deductivo, corte transversal y un diseño de carácter descriptivo-correlacional. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante cuestionario estructurado con escala tipo Likert. La validez de estos instrumentos fue revisada por tres especialistas, y su fiabilidad se verificó a través del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo un valor de 0,789 en la primera variable y 0,739 en la segunda. En la fase de análisis se recurrió a procedimientos estadísticos tanto descriptivos como inferenciales.
