The statistical design for the hypothesis test was the Pearson correlation. The results indicate that there is a high degree of correlation between leadership and knowledge management. This conclusion is based on Pearson's statistical test, which is equal to 0.72, because the existence of a regular level of personal and institutional leadership makes it possible to have regular knowledge management levels of tangible capital and human resources.El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar grado de relación entre el liderazgo y gestión del conocimiento de los directivos del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Público de Puno, 2017. El método de la investigación fue descriptivo, corresponde al diseño correlacional, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta para ambas variables y como instrumento se aplicó un cuestionario. El diseño estadístico para la prueba de hipótesis fue la correlación de Pearson. Los resultados indican que existe un alto grado de correlación entre el liderazgo y gestión del conocimiento.
