The procedure for obtaining the data was through the application of two questionnaires in one to the teachers of the referred institution. The results indicate that there is a 0.8 correlation between the two variables, which implies a considerable positive relationship; From this, it is concluded that the teaching team work has a considerable influence on the fulfillment of the five commitments of school management emanated by the Ministry of Education of Peru.Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo de determinar la relación entre el trabajo docente en equipo con el cumplimiento de los compromisos de gestión escolar en la Institución Educativa Secundaria Santa Rosa, periodo 2018. El tipo de investigación que se utilizó es el no experimental y la forma fue el descriptivo y correlacional, el método de investigación es el hipotético-deductivo. El procedimiento para la obtención de los datos fue mediante la aplicación de dos cuestionarios en uno a los docentes de la institución referida.
